  • WHAT IS THE BUSINESS LEADERSHIP ACADEMY?

The Business Leadership Academy of Tacoma-Pierce County provides an opportunity for current and emerging leaders to connect with others in the business community and develop additional leadership skills.

During 11 sessions and a retreat, the Business Leadership Academy cohort will explore leadership applications, visit organizations, learn from leaders who make an impact on our community, assess their strengths, and growth potential. This is a great opportunity to connect with the regional business community.

The Business Leadership Academy of Tacoma-Pierce County, sponsored by the Chamber and Pacific Lutheran University, is a regional community leadership program founded in 1978.  Hundreds of leaders are alumni of this program and will become your network for learning and connecting.
