A Warm Welcome to Welcome Restaurant - Offering Flavors Without Borders

Pierce County Business Accelerator Alumni, Welcome Restaurant, officially opened its doors to the public, celebrating the grand opening with a ribbon cutting ceremony on July 10th.
 
Located on Pearl Street in the City of Ruston, Welcome Restaurant offers ‘flavors without borders,” serving American, Colombian, and Mexican fare in a family-friendly space featuring two distinct areas for guests whether you’re looking to accommodate a large party or desire an intimate date-night.

Owner Sandra Pinedo thoughtfully built her kitchen crew so that each style of food that is served receives the attention to detail required for a delicious experience.
 
Pinedo shared that the journey to get the idea of Welcome Restaurant off paper and into a restaurant was long but rewarding, “I cannot thank you [audience] enough for all your support and for my team’s help”. She is active on social media sharing content of new cuisine, behind the scenes with staff, and testimonials from loyal customers who have been lucky enough to dine in.

The ribbon cutting ceremony was well attended by the community. The Chamber had Ambassador, Pierce County Business Accelerator Alum, and Chief Executive Officer of Impacto Notary & Multi-Services,  speak on its behalf, and even  made an appearance to support Welcome Restaurant. By the end of the cutting there was a line going outside the doors of people waiting to get a taste of Pinedo’s food!
