Chamber events are typically intended only for representatives of companies that are members of the Tacoma-Pierce County Chamber.
HOW TO REGISTER AND PAY FOR EVENTS?
For events with a registration fee, registration is not complete until payment is received.
Payment for credit card: Register and pay online at tacomachamber.org. You may also pay by calling the event registrar with your credit card information at (253) 627-2175.
Payment by check: Make your check out to Tacoma-Pierce County Chamber and mail it to:

Please indicate the event you are registering for as well as your name and company plus the name and company for any additional registrants.
Register and pay online: Payment at the time of registration is required if you're registering online.
SEVERE WEATHER POLICY
Driving conditions may vary greatly for event participants depending on where they live and work. As long as it is reasonably possible, Chamber events will take place as scheduled.
For morning events (programs that start before 11:00A): The Tacoma-Pierce County Chamber will contact registrants via email by 7:00A. Event cancellation or change of notices will be posted on the event's calendar and social media by 7:00A.
For events starting later in the day (programs that start after 11:00A): The Tacoma-Pierce County Chamber will contact registrants via email 2 hours prior to the event. Event cancellation or change notices will be posted on the event's calendar and social media 2 hours prior to the event.
CANCELLATIONS
Refunds or credits will be made for canceled registrations, provided the cancellation request is received by the event registrar at least 2 business days prior to the start of the event.
Substitutions are welcome and encouraged for any event.
Refunds and credits will not be permitted for registration cancellations made the day of the event, or for no-shows.
SOLD OUT EVENTS
Seats at sold out events will be held only until the scheduled start time for the program. Pre-registration will not guarantee seating for late arrivals. Waitlists for events will also be available.
CONTACT INFORMATION
Attendees at our events are encouraged to exchange business cards for the purpose of building network of referrals. It is the policy of the Tacoma-Pierce County Chamber not to distribute email addresses and phone numbers of participants to other events attendees.
