PAUL LONG, TIMBERLAND BANK
Paul Long is Senior Vice President of Business Banking and SBA Lending with Timberland Bank. Paul has been in banking for over 20 years starting a week after his 16th birthday as a teller and raised in the ranks to a Branch Manager at the age of 18 and District Manager leading multiple bank branches at the age 21.
At the age of 25, Paul found his passion of working with Business owners. Since then he has built multiple banks small business banking divisions, written countless published articles about small business banking and has funded thousands of business loans over this career.
Paul is proud to be a part of the Tacoma Chamber of Commerce and believes that small businesses need a forum to talk openly about issues facing their business and the Roundtable does just that!
Paul graduated from Eastern Washington University and lives in the South Sound with his wife Stephanie and sons Parker & Paxton
WADE STEWART, TECH MASTERS COMPUTER SERVICES
Wade Stewart is the Founder and Managing Member of Tech Masters Computer Services, an IT services firm partnered with many Tacoma area professional services small businesses. Wade's 24 years of IT support and management have been raising the bar for technology consulting in the South Sound since 2012.
Starting by himself from just a spare room in his house, Wade has led the business to a staff count of 5 and growing, managing nearly 500 computers & servers with his team.
Building a business from scratch means learning and sharing have been integral to Wade's success. Early on he found that many small businesses struggle with IT support, as well as business management, marketing and many other areas that he learned himself. He has taken these lessons and participates in network & mastermind groups to help other business owners grow and be successful.
When Wade isn’t building his business in new markets and locations, you will find him serving with Rotary, taking time out traveling, or visiting a local bar on karaoke night.

While a firefighter, Bob was an instructor at the National Fire Academy and a Public Information Officer. He has continued to develop his teaching and presentation skills through Toastmasters International, where he has attained the highest level, Distinguished Toastmaster.
With his 100 Ton Captain's License, he has operated boats in Alaska, Washington and along the East Coast from the Chesapeake to Florida.
